Tarang opened the show in the forecourts of Buckingham Palace for Queens's Baton Relay which triggers the start of the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi.
The baton will then appear at various high-profile sporting events and pass through all 53 of the Commonwealth nations before arriving in Delhi in a journey that will cover 190,000 kilometres in 336 days.
